KOO Chakalaka Marinated Steak
This sirloin steak recipe is perfect for meat lovers – especially those who like a touch of mildly spicy food. After being marinated for a couple of hours, the meat can either be pan-fried to perfection or placed on the braai for a real South African feast. The chakalaka sauce proves to be the perfect topping for the juicy, smokey beef. Serve with sides of your choice. Serves: 4 - 6

1 can (410 g) KOO Mild & Spicy Chakalaka
4 – 6 Sirloin steaks
Pinch of salt for seasoning
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
50 ml Sunflower oil, for frying
100 ml Olive oil
