    This is a great recipe for your children’s lunchboxes but also at home as an afternoon snack!

  • Ingredients:

    500 g macaroni

    2 tbsp. butter

    2 tbsp. flour

    1 cup milk

    500 g cheese


    Small pot

    Muffin pan

  • Method:

    1. Lightly grease the muffin pan with some leftover butter.
    2. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
    3. Cook the macaroni and set it aside.
    4. In the small saucepan, heat the butter and sift in the flour while slowly pouring in the milk. The liquid should be thick but not stiff.
    5. Throw in the cheese to create a sauce.
    6. Throw the macaroni into the saucepan, coating it in sauce.
    7. Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
    8. Take the muffin pan out of the oven and let the mac ’n cheese cups cool before storing for lunchboxes.
