Pasta Salad with
KOO Baked Beans

  • Ingredients:

    1 can (410 g) KOO Baked Beans in Chilli Tomato Sauce
    Freshly ground black pepper to taste
    120 g Cheddar cheese, cubed

    ½ Red pepper, diced roughly
    Pinch of salt for seasoning
    2 Spring onions, sliced

    500 g Pasta screws
    50 ml Sunflower oil
    125 g Rocket

  • Method:

    1. Bring 3 litres of salted water to the boil in a large, heavy-based pot.
    2. Add the pasta screws to the water and cook for 15 minutes.
    3. Drain the water and toss the pasta with a little oil to prevent sticking. Allow to cool completely.
    4. Transfer the pasta to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
    5. Toss through the KOO Baked Beans in Chilli Tomato Sauce, cheddar cheese cubes, red pepper and the spring onion.
    6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Garnish with rocket and serve.

      Variations, hints and tips:
