    We all know that children love pizza but you can now make one that is healthier and easier to prepare.

  • Ingredients:

    6 x pita breads

    200 g grated cheese

    15 g tomato paste

    150 g sliced mushrooms

    Baking tray

  • Method:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
    2. Lay the pita breads out on a baking tray.
    3. Spread the tomato paste thinly over the pita breads.
    4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pita breads.
    5. Slice the mushroom thinly and arrange it over the pita breads in equal amounts.
    6. Put the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
    7. Take the baking tray out of the oven and let the pita breads cool.
    8. They are now lunchbox ready!
